A few words about a Vista Valley Dining experience.

Dining at the Club is a special pleasure for members and their guests. Whether in the lounge, main dining room, the new garden room, or on special occasions seated in the Vista Valley Park. Vista Valley Country Club has earned the reputation of being one of the finest restaurants in San Diego County. Lunch is served six days a week, featuring two homemade soups, specialty salads, and daily delicious hot entree specials in addition to the everyday menu. Dinner is served Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday evenings. Executive Chef Steve Phillips, joined the staff upon completion of the Clubhouse in 1982. He has brought a flair for specialty items, a dedication to tailoring his preparations to meet individual needs and wants, and a commitment to consistency as the means to his goal of superior quality.

For nearly 20 years, our experienced catering staff has orchestrated innumerable special occasions, including wedding receptions, birthday and anniversary parties, retirement celebrations, and gala holiday or themed gatherings. Whether your guest list is large or intimate, every function is treated individually with regard to decoration, table placement, food preparation, and presentation.
